Chat
R-GROUP Chat function for brief meetings
Use the chat function for brief meetings. This saves wasted time and labor and enables efficient information exchange.
Chat can be immediately started.
Chat can be started at any time by tapping twice on a smartphone (icon in the upper right of the screen → selecting a stakeholder) or clicking once on a PC (by selecting a stakeholder from the upper right part of the screen).
Chat Functions
- Groups
- The set chat group will be displayed on the list.
- Members
- The members of the group will be displayed on the list. The name of the group can be changed or members can be added or deleted on this list.
- Chat window
- Open the chat window from a group list or stakeholder list. You can view or write in the chat and upload an image in this window.
- Display of "Read"
- Once the stakeholder has seen the chat, "Read" will be displayed. This can prevent omission of communication.
